Meet the UNRAF Organizing Team

Rubén Ascúa is Rector of the National University of Rafaela since 2017, professor at the Rafaela Regional Faculty of UTN and guest lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Kaiserslautern and Karlsruhe. He is a National Public Accountant (UNL-FCE),he has a BA in Economics (UNR-FCEyE) and a PhD in Economics (PWU San Diego).


His fields of research and teaching are: SME and start-up development; theory of the firm;
markets and financing instruments for SMEs; formulation and evaluation of industrial
investment projects; clusters and industrial districts.

Andrea Minetti is in charge of the Research and Technology Transfer Secretary and the Entrepreneurial Development Department at the National University of Rafaela. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Organization (National Technological University, Argentina). Professor and researcher.
